THANK YOU to ALL our donors! Thank you for supporting Trace Crossings Elementary School.
Our annual Silent Auction fundraiser is coming up this spring on April 12-16. Every year, the Silent Auction features theme baskets for each grade. And again this year, the grade basket that brings in the highest bid at the auction will win a prize for that grade. This year, the grade that earns the most with their theme basket will win an extra recess and ice cream party before the end of the school year! PLUS, this year, all the teachers in the winning grade will win $25 to use for their classroom needs.
Thursday, March 11 from 5-8 PM, a percentage of all sales will be donated to OUR SCHOOL! So get dinner – and tell your friends and family to get their dinner, too – and you will be raising money for our school.
Thank you for all you do to support TCES throughout the year!
Our school needs your support!! Please consider making a $20 PTO family donation, if you haven’t done so already this school year.
COVID has limited our ability to hold some of our most profitable fundraisers this year. But our amazing school still needs our financial support. The money raised through your generosity helps us to provide direct support for our school’s immediate financial needs and also allows us to help fund special projects that help improve our school.
You can make your donations through MySchoolFees (under student fees/optional fees/PTO Donation) or you can send in cash/checks directly to the school labeled “PTO Family Donation”.
Spirit Night is at Chick-fil-A in the Grove on Thursday, February 11. 10% of sales will go directly to OUR SCHOOL. So take a night off from cooking and get dinner drive-through, curbside, or delivery to support our school.
