Teacher Appreciation Week – May 2-6

Teacher and Staff Appreciation Week is May 2-6. Show all your teachers and the staff at Trace Crossings Elementary how much you appreciate all they do for you with notes, treats, flowers or something for their classroom. And to make things even easier, you can check our teacher list for suggestions of favorite snacks, flowers, and their classroom wish list.

Best Silent Auction EVER!

Thank you to everyone who contributed or bid at our Silent Auction! We raised $8668 for Trace Crossings Elementary this year, and it was our most successful Silent Auction ever.

And congratulations to the 5th grade for raising the most with their baskets! They will now enjoy an extra recess and ice cream party before the end of the year. Thank you to every grade for their donations – we appreciated them all!

1st place: 5th Grade $325

Snacks for Team Trace

Please sign up to drop off snacks for the Trace Crossings Elementary staff to fuel them through the end of the year! Donations can be handed off during morning carpool on Tuesday April 20th and Wednesday April 21st.

TCES has around 130 staff members and shaping our students’ futures makes them HUNGRY! If you are asking yourself “am I buying too much” the answer is “probably not”. We appreciate you helping make sure the Trace Crossings Elementary teachers and staff members are well taken care of!

Silent Auction Begins Monday, April 12

This year’s Silent Auction begins MONDAY, APRIL 12! We have HUNDREDS of items up for bid – everything from gift baskets, gift cards, services from local businesses, overnight stays, family fun outings, birthday parties, school experiences for the kids, class parties, TCES spirit wear, AND MORE!

Bidding starts Monday, April 12 at 8 AM! Keep watching for more information!

Silent Auction – Grade Baskets

Our annual Silent Auction fundraiser is coming up this spring on April 12-16. Every year, the Silent Auction features theme baskets for each grade. And again this year, the grade basket that brings in the highest bid at the auction will win a prize for that grade. This year, the grade that earns the most with their theme basket will win an extra recess and ice cream party before the end of the school year! PLUS, this year, all the teachers in the winning grade will win $25 to use for their classroom needs.

To make these baskets – and raise money for our school! – we need YOUR help! Find your grade’s sign-up, then select an item to donate. Send in the items by Friday, April 2, and our Silent Auction team will handle the rest! Check your grade’s sign-up for more detailed information!
